FHA loans
These fixed rate loans are designed for low to moderate income families. With a low down payment required (3.5%), these flexible loans are available in 15, 20 and 30 year terms.
Conventional loans
If you have special property needs or qualify for a conventional loan, you can enjoy the flexibility of 15, 20 or 30 year terms, fixed or adjustable rates and as little as 3% down payment. You can also save on lower PMI rates.
VA loans
As the name suggests, these loans are only available to veterans and come with 100% financing. VA loans require no PMI and there are no property or income limitations. These loans are available in 15, 20 and 30 year terms.
Disable veterans are eligible for additional benefits like flexible terms and waiver of the VA funding fee.
